Hello all! Happy Saturday!
For as long as I can remember, I have loved flowers and one of my favorite flowers is the Sunflower! I had always wanted to go to a sunflower field and about two years ago, I found a farm in Lee, NH that held yearly Sunflower Festivals. They had the most amazing and beautiful Sunflowers, the prettiest ones I had ever seen! Since finding out about the festival, I have gone back both years to not only appreciate the beauty of the flowers but to also take the opportunity to take pictures as well! I was ready to go back this year but I found out that Verrill Farm in Concord, MA was also having a festival this year. I was thrilled to find this out, especially because it’s so close to home and decided to go check it out! When you buy a ticket to go visit the field, along with the purchase of your ticket, you also get to pick 5 flowers from the field. I thought this was so cool because you get to bring home with you flowers that will remind you of your trip! Another amazing thing that they are doing with their festival is that 50% of all the proceeds will directly benefit Emerson Hospital Pediatrics!
With all this being said, I would like to invite you to join me and do a gorgeous Sunflower Session of you and your family! It’s an easy way to capture your beautiful family and growing kiddos during a fun Mini-Session! The farm will be holding the festival up until September 6th so I will only be holding these sessions August 26-28 and September 2-4. These sessions will happen after 6 p.m. (which gives us perfect lighting!) and I estimate they will take about 20-40 minutes. As always, it’ll be a relaxed session and you can use this opportunity to do Fall/Holiday pictures, Family & Children Portraits, Senior Portraits, Maternity, and many other options for you to choose from. Each Mini-Session results in a gallery of approx. 20-30 images from which to choose your favorites!
*Sunflower location fee IS now covered by the session fee + two tickets for parents(kids under 10 is free) no more that 6 people. Extra tickets $10 each.
SELECT YOUR PREFERRED OPTION:
$550 Session + Online Gallery + 5 Hi-Res Digitals of your choice
$690 Session + Online Gallery + 10 Hi-Res Digitals of your choice
Additional digital images, prints, canvas, etc. are available a la carte anytime.
Due to the very short blooming season, these sessions are very limited, so act now to reserve your spot before they are full! email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or text me at (978)427-5199
PLEASE NOTE: Only two sessions will occur between 6:00-6:20 pm and 6:40-7:00 PM In the event of a rain-out, Elaine will work with you to reschedule at a convenient time for you (while blooms are still out). If for any reason you are unable to conduct your session due to rain/extinguished blooms/sickness, you may use your mini-session at another time of your choosing (Fall, Holiday, Spring, etc) in 2019-2020. Sorry, no refunds.

Hello! Happy Saturday!
Hope you all are doing well and staying safe! Today I’ll be sharing a little bit about how I have slowly started photographing again and the precautions I have been taking and some pictures from my most recent newborn session which will hopefully brighten up your day and bring a smile to your face!
With everything that has been going on with the global pandemic, I know that many families have wanted to do newborn sessions, family portraits, and so on but have been afraid to do so because of Covid-19. I can assure you all that even though we are in a tricky situation, we can all still work together so I can capture beautiful pictures of everyone!
To start off, for newborn sessions, I am only doing them at the client’s house not only to make it easier for the family but also to make it so that I’m not putting the baby and family at risk by making them leave their house. The entire time, I am socially distanced from the whole family, am wearing a mask and gloves, and taking every other possible precaution so that no one is at risk and stays safe during the time that we are together. With outdoor sessions, the process is a little different as we have the opportunity to go to different destinations or even have the session at the client’s house if that’s what they prefer.
Moving on to this wonderful newborn session, this is a great example of how I’ve been working with clients to have a great shoot while being safe! Before going to the client’s house, I sanitized all the props that I would be bringing with me (you can see a video on my Instagram to see how I prepare my props before every session @elainefreitasphotography). Once arriving, I made sure the family knew that I would be staying a safe distance from the baby and the rest of the family while wearing my mask and gloves! This little baby girl was so cute and so quiet which made the session super easy as I was able to direct the dad and brother to help me pose the baby and get some wonderful pictures! I won’t be able to pose the baby at every session as it can sometimes be challenging due to the baby having a good or bad day but that doesn’t mean I won’t be able to capture great images. I try to work as much as the baby allows us to! We are living in a very uncertain and scary time, but we can’t forget to cherish moments like this that will never be the same, babies grow too fast! So if you are interested in getting more info on newborn sessions or are ready to schedule one (yay!), you can email me at email@example.com or call me at (978)427-5199. Enjoy the short video I created with the images from the session!
