This is the time of year that I get to see families to celebrate their life, their love, their strength.
This year, I decided not to do a mini session, because, I want to portrait their interaction, a fun time, love, nurture time, just normal family time and most of all, having fun.
When I did mini session on previews years, I had to look at the time, due to book more families in one day, and sometime by the time we warm up, kids got relaxed, it was almost time to be over.
I want this photoshoot to be a family fun time, so kids can have a good feeling when they see their portrait on the wall. They can feel nurtured, love, warmed by their family.
This is a time when you get to walk, feel nature, just be.
We don’t need to rush!
This year I am just booking one family in the morning and one in the afternoon, which is the best light time anyway.
Clients ask me how long does it take to have the family photo session? My answer to them is that usually takes about 60-90 minutes, but that does mean that can be shorter or longer, depending on the kids mood.
So relax, this is a FUN moment for you and your kids and I will capture that.
I will try to do some posed photos, but never will force them.
